Holman has developed a Health and Safety Program as a resource to assist its managers and employees in maintaining health and safety compliance, and also as a central driver in cultivating a robust safety focused culture throughout the organization.

Leadership support in championing this initiative further establishes a foundational tone throughout the entire workplace, powerfully conveying Holman’s commitment to its most valuable asset: our people.

Active participation by team members will continue to remain a fundamental aspect in efficiently managing workplace health and safety while reinforcing a safety focused culture. This involves the active involvement of health and safety representatives along with members of the health and safety committee in the implementation and monitoring processes of the program and the health, safety, and wellness of our workplace.
