Reach out to your Manager and\/or Anchor HR for needed support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Approach the team member in a non-confrontational and compassionate manner. Express your concern for their well-being and let them know that you&#8217;ve noticed changes in their behavior or performance. Emphasize that their privacy will be respected and that you will only share information with appropriate individuals on a need-to-know basis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allow the team member to share their thoughts and feelings without interrupting. Listen actively, show empathy, and avoid passing judgment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Let them know that you are there to support them and that their well-being is a priority for the organization. Ask how you can be of help.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide information about available mental health resources within the organization, counselling services, or wellness programs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep in touch with the team member and check on their well-being periodically.
