Post a notice advising team members where it is available for review (this can be an electronic link as long as a computer is nearby and accessible by all team members at all time).<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Workers Compensation Board Posters or Contact Information<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/td><td>Unless specified below, all locations must post a current phone number for workers to report health and safety concerns to the Provincial Workers Compensation Board. &nbsp; Ontario: Health and Safety Starts Here, In Case of Injury (WSIB)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Workplace Smoke Free Poster<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/td><td>Signs informing team members that&nbsp;smoking (including e-cigarettes) is prohibited&nbsp;in all workspaces. &nbsp; Refer to free provincial-specific resources or print No Smoking Sample Poster<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Occupational Health and Safety Statistics<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/td><td>Post annual summary information related to injury and illness for the workplace.
