Parks Canada’s Riding Mountain National Park Visitor Centre features interactive experiences inside a historic building. Visitors can connect with magnificent wildlife, fascinating ecological projects, inspiring Indigenous history and the powerful traditional Anishinaabe culture. Collaborating with our design partners, W3 Design Group, Holman brought to life the story of the park and its inhabitants via custom scenographic elements and modern geometric platforms mounting existing taxidermy. Custom walls and reader rails with integrated display cases and large-scale interpretive murals surround the visitor inside the space. Holman also fabricated and installed the retail area with circular desk and custom flooring and integrated all digital media hardware.
