Back in 2014 Choice Properties reached out to Holman to create a 20′x50′ booth for ICSC Toronto to launch the brand and establish itself as a leader in the industry. The brand required a trade show property that would command a presence at the show and make it stand out on the show floor. The brief specified a need for a formal, semi-private meeting room, semi-formal seating, a reception area, coffee bar, and areas to display marketing materials.

The Holman design team utilized contemporary materials such as polished steel, fabricated stone, mirrored-finishes and glass. The brand colours were integrated throughout the booth, creating a bold identity. A raised floor with LED perimeter lighting anchored the space.

The booth has been refreshed and upgraded each year, culminating in the 2019 version which added an additional 20′x10′ patio used as a casual lounge space.
